If you’re not completely satisfied with your Fismool or encounter a manufacturing defect, we provide a 6-month warranty for non-electronic items and a 1-year warranty for electronic items.

Simply contact our customer success team at support@fismool.com and describe the issue. We’ll work to resolve it promptly. Please note that replacements are limited to the same product originally purchased. To expedite your request, we recommend including a video clearly showing the defect. Once our Quality Assurance team verifies the issue, we’ll provide a return label for you to send the product back for further inspection.
