Return & Warranty Policy

⭐Return Policy

We want every customer to feel confident shopping at Fismool. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • valid receipt or order number is required
  • For hygiene reasons, earplugs and other sealed personal-use products are not eligible for return unless defective

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to a Fismool error(defective item, damaged on arrival, incorrect product delivered)→ We cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons(changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer want it)→ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

Please email sales3@fismool.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once your request is approved, we will provide:

  • the return address
  • return instructions
  • a shipping label (if applicable)

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card provider

If 15 business days have passed since approval and your refund has not appeared, please contact us.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment.
Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and must be processed as a return.


Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to supporting you beyond the purchase.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Fismool products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the purchase date.
This warranty covers defects in materials and defects in workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered

  • Material defects
  • Manufacturing defects

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Email support@fismool.com
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos
  3. Our team will review and may request additional information or inspection

If Your Claim Is Approved

  • We will repair or replace the item at no cost
  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund

Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • Replacement shipping → Covered by Fismool
  • Returning the defective item → Customer responsibility unless otherwise stated
