I’ve really enjoyed using these sleep headphones! They’re soft, comfortable, and so easy to use’I love that they combine a sleep mask and Bluetooth headphones in one. The sound is great, and the remote makes it simple to adjust without fumbling around in the dark. I even clipped the remote to my phone gooseneck holder so I can reach it easily at night, which has been a game-changer.

They’re cozy, block out light really well, and make drifting off to sleep with music or white noise so much nicer.

Bluetooth sleep headphones

Oh, these are a nice upgrade from other sleep headphone eye masks I've tried. The biggest plus for me is that the sound is contained. You're not blasting noise into the room, which makes them much more considerate if you share a bed. The audio quality is decent for what they are, and they work really well for audiobooks or soft background sounds at night. It should work for whatever you listen to unwind.

The mask itself is comfortable and breathable. My ears don’t get sweaty or itchy, and it blocks out light completely. I’m a back sleeper, so they’re perfect for me. I’m not sure how well they’d work for side sleepers since the speakers do sit against your ears, but for my use they’re great. A solid blackout mask and headphones in one.

I’ve tried other sleep masks and headphones but this one is a winner! The earphones are thin and soft enough they don’t disturb me when sleeping. The face mask is light and comfortable. I haven’t washed the pads yet but they come off easily and appear to be washable by hand. The sound quality is good but not great, about what you would expect from a set of sleep headphones. Bluetooth paired easily and on the first try with no dropping or static. The headphones seem to charge quickly and hold a charge well.
